A recurring job, every week

Every person who engaged, in oneranked list.

A like on the company page. A comment on your CEO's post. A repost from an AE. Today those are three notifications in three different inboxes. Resonue makes them one person with three touches, ranked against everyone else who engaged this month.

For sales and revenue ops. The shortest path from a post going out to a name worth calling.

Who is worth a call, unknown ranked

  • "Priya and 23 others reacted to your post" is one line, in one person’s feed, about one post
  • Your page, your CEO and two reps each have their own notifications. Nobody sees the union
  • A like carries no date, so a week later you cannot tell Tuesday from last quarter
  • Every touch on every tracked voice, resolved to one person with a title and an employer
  • A score that counts a comment above a like, and this week above last quarter
  • An A, B, C or off grade against the ideal customer profile you wrote down once

1 list Rebuilt every night, covering every voice you track. It is the first screen a rep opens on a Tuesday.

The week

Post on Monday. Work the list on Tuesday.

  1. 01 Tuesday morning

The list has already been rebuilt

Heat is recomputed every night, so the ranking you open on Tuesday reflects what happened over the weekend, not what happened when someone last exported a spreadsheet. Filter to grade A and warm, and the list is usually short. That is the point: a page of names nobody can work is the problem you already have.

  2. 02 Ten seconds per name

Open a name and the score opens with it

Heat is not a mood. A comment counts for more than a like, a repost for more than a comment, every touch halves in value about every month, and anything past six months stops counting at all. Open any engager and the score breaks into the touches that produced it: which post, which voice, which day, how many points each one is still worth. A rep can see why someone is a 12 instead of taking it on faith.

  3. 03 One edit from sent

The opener is written before you open the tab

Rosa, the copilot that sits over this data, drafts the outreach from the exact post the person reacted to, not from a template with a name swapped in, and shows you the themes that person keeps coming back to across everything they engaged with. She never sends it. You read it, you cut a line, you send it while the reaction is still recent enough to mean something.

  4. 04 Every week after that

What the list refuses to show you

Most of the people who react to a B2B post cannot buy from you: your own team, peers in your own job at companies you do not sell to, recruiters, vendors. A rep's list hides the customers, hides the voices you track yourself, hides anyone blacklisted for the workspace, and lets that rep discard a name from their own view without touching anyone else's. A list you trust is a list you open again next week, and that is the whole difference between this working and this dying.

Before
you ask

No, and the distinction matters. The reaction list under a post is public: you can click the reaction count on any of your own posts today and read every name. What you cannot do by hand is add four voices together, keep a date on a reaction that carries none, and have the list still be current next Monday. That is the part Resonue does.

A voice is any account whose posts talk about your company: your company page, an employee, someone outside the company mentioning you unprompted, or a contracted content partner. Resonue reads them from their public profile URL, and there is nothing for anyone to install.

No. Rosa, the copilot, drafts the opener from the post the person reacted to and shows you why. You edit it and you send it. Nothing leaves under your name without you.

Not yet. HubSpot and Salesforce sync is on the roadmap and not shipped. Today heat and ICP grade live in the engager and company views inside Resonue.

Nobody has read the list your posts already produced.

The engagers list, heat scoring, ICP grading and outreach drafts here are shipped today. When your turn comes we build this on your own company page first. See what it looks like once you read it by account, or how Sales works it day to day.

Resonue is in early access. We're working with our first design partners now.
