A recurring job, every quarter

The number your next budget reviewwill ask you for.

Finance does not doubt that the posting has an effect. Finance doubts that you can name one. Resonue scores every voice against your own baseline, tiers every topic on your own history, and puts the accounts that engaged on a pipeline board by deal stage, so the answer is a list of names instead of an impression count.

For CMOs, VPs of marketing and heads of growth. The people on the hook for proving the channel exists.

Pipeline attributed, zero by stage

  • The deck shows impressions, engagement rate and follower growth, quarter after quarter
  • Nobody can name a single deal the posting touched, so the honest answer to "did it work" is a shrug
  • The line item survives on goodwill, and goodwill is not a budget defense
  • Every voice scored against your own baseline, not against a benchmark from someone else's industry
  • Every topic tiered on your own history, so what to post next is a decision instead of a hunch
  • Influenced pipeline by deal stage, with the accounts and the people behind the number

$0 Pipeline attributed to the channel. Not zero impact, zero measurable: nothing connects a post to a deal.

The quarter

Four readings, and the review writes itself.

  1. 01 Whenever someone asks

Which voices are actually carrying this

A voice is any account whose posts talk about your company: the page, an employee, an outside person mentioning you, a contracted partner. Each one gets a verdict row, and every line in it is a number you can defend: posts against what was agreed, engagement against your own workspace average rather than someone else's benchmark, how many engagers they brought in, how often they actually name the brand, and which accounts their posts reached. It is usually not the voice anyone expected.

  2. 02 Before the next plan

What to talk about, decided on your own data

Topics and hashtags are tiered S, A, B or C against how they have actually performed for this brand, smoothed so a single post that went unusually well does not promote a topic to the top of the list. Not a trending-hooks playbook, not what worked for a company in another market. The content plan stops being a taste argument between people who all have taste.

  3. 03 Every Monday

The week arrives without you asking for it

A weekly brief goes out by email every Monday morning to the people on the workspace: who engaged, which accounts are warming, who has gone quiet. It is the difference between a tool you remember to open and a tool that tells you when something changed. The Slack version is on the roadmap and is not shipped, so the email is the channel.

  4. 04 The review

One board, and every number on it opens

Accounts that engaged sit on a pipeline board by deal stage with influenced pipeline and revenue tracked alongside. When someone in the room pushes on the number, and they will, it opens: this account, these four people, these posts, these dates. That is the part that ends the argument. An anecdote in a QBR can be waved away. A list of named accounts with the dates they engaged cannot.

Before
you ask

Accounts whose people engaged with posts from your voices, sitting on a pipeline board by deal stage, with the value you attached to them. Resonue does not invent an attribution model or claim a post closed a deal. It tells you which accounts on that board had someone engaging, and which posts they engaged with, which is the sentence marketing has never been able to say.

No. Resonue does not schedule and does not publish. It scores what is already going out and tells you what it produced, so it sits alongside whatever you publish with, not instead of it.

The output is the test. An analytics tool ends on a chart. This one ends on a list of named accounts on a pipeline board, which is a thing a sales team can work and a board can ask about.

Your own. A voice is measured against the average engagement of your own workspace, and a topic is tiered against how topics have actually performed for this brand, smoothed so that one lucky post does not promote a topic to the top. There is no industry benchmark involved, because a benchmark from someone else’s audience tells you nothing about yours.
